Ice House Lofts

Local developers utilized the structural brick building of the old Arizona Cold Ice Storage Company located just east of downtown Tucson. They created 51 urban industrial loft style homes that sold out quickly. We created several strong, conceptual, retro solutions for their logo identity along with sales materials. And they loved our tagline, “Living in Tucson just got cooler.”
